Greetings to you !

“Most people perform far below their potential
because they are either unaware of the
principles of achievement – or fail to apply them consistently.
Success is not an accident – it is a learned skill”
~Jeff Keller

Pondering on these words of wisdom one realizes how much work needs to be done really in order to be successful. These past weeks have found me convincing more and more entrepreneurs to work on  skills & attitudes that are necessary  to be successful .We online entrepreneurs need this no less, I would like to think we need it even more due to the fact that one is always dealing with the lesser known. The skills of good communication, presentation, and innovations among many others greatly helps one achieve success faster. One’s attitude on the other hand is the epic centre of all that is known to be successful. Research has proven without a doubt that most successful people possess great attitudinal skills such as self-esteem, the ability to convert a weakness into a strength, they look at problems as opportunities and are always ready to stretch themselves over and beyond their comfort zone!! Most importantly they are ever open minded and ready to unlearn the wrong learning of the past, there by causing a paradigm shift from a life of point less journey to a life of adventure touching excellence and achieving success ultimately. We are all here to succeed, whether it be on a personal level or at our enterprises. Why is it that so many then fail? Hmmmmm something to think about, or may be not so much to think about but more so to ACT!

Talk to you soon and hope you enjoy this edition of our newsletter, do write in and share your thoughts with us, we’d love to hear from you.

Till next time

Quote of the Day
What market should you pursue, small or big?

"My father used to say to me, “Whenever you get into a jam,
whenever you get into a crisis or an emergency . . .
become the calmest person in the room
and you’ll be able to figure your way out of it.”
– Rudolph Giuliani,
New York City mayor

A long time ago, I realized that you don’t necessarily have to pursue a big market to become financially secure. You simply have to go for an open market that is open and receptive to your unique product or service offering. For me this realization came when I was running my internet home business and at the same time was having day job with computer consulting company. I then realized that large corporations are not owned by individuals but are owned by shareholders which are run by elected executives. Those companies are basically faceless and only exist because of the large market share and limited competition. They are very inefficient and use politics to accomplish their objectives. Bureaucracy, egos and manipulation get in the way of innovative thinking. Well, I quickly understood that this was not the kind of business model that I wanted to emulate so I decided to concentrate on the smaller sector.

If you decide to follow in my steps, go after a small market that is not in direct competition with big companies.  Find a group of people who are neglected by everybody else and you will take control of the market. You’ll not only provide them with valuable solutions but you’ll gain tremendous profit.

Below you can see example of sites addressing small and narrow markets:

You’ll realize that small interest groups probably won’t make you millions in the first year of your operation, but with patience and persistence, the money will come.  You’ll soon be able to quit your day job.

So, what do you do if you find several available niches? You satisfy their needs. You take advantage of the wonderful opportunity that has presented itself. You go for it!

Your income will be multiplied by the number of niches you are involved in next time.

The  Greatest  Joys...

Have you ever noticed how sometimes the simplest things in life bring the greatest joy?

Last night my Son was playing video games why my Grandson slept on his chest all curled up. My Grandson looked so cute sleeping on my Son's chest. He looked secure and content. I couldn't help but feel proud of my son. I brought up my Son with a lot of love and affection and it was nice to see that he was passing on the same to his son. Before my Grandson was born my Son wasn't doing to good, all he did was party as I did at his age but he too saw the importance of being a responsible parent. I thank God that he was wise and caring enough to see that nothing in this life matters more than your family and friends.

On your dying bed what will matter? Your fame, your wealth, your status... if no one is present at your dying bed or at your funeral then of what importance were all these other things?

Stop today to see what is important in your life; stop to enjoy what matters? Take the time to show love to your Spouse, your Kids, and your Friends. Do this and your reward will be great, the reward that comes when you know that you did something really worthwhile in your life.

Love and blessings to all of you!  :)

For...  Forgi...Forgiv...Forgiveness

Why so hard to say? Why so hard to do?

Like weight problems, like smoking, like many other things in life that seem to control us, forgiveness has to be worked at.

If you approach forgiveness in the same way as a detox, yes, a detox, you will start to understand that you are the one who will benefit most.

First of all, the act of forgiveness is releasing, it is rewarding and good for the spirit. Hatred, revenge and anger are like poisons, not just to our brains but to our bodies as well.

Yes, it’s easy to say forgive when it’s not you that has to do it.

For our sake we need to forgive. We need to understand that there is always a reason why somebody made something horrible happen, that is, without acknowledging that it was right in any way. People who cause pain are usually either ill, misinformed, scared, lonely, isolated............, we could go on. Why let their indiscretion ruin your life. Think, would anyone normal have done that thing? Would anyone fully in control have done that? No?  Now you start to understand.

Focus upon the future. See a future without the hate. Get a picture of you, feeling great and released, keep getting that picture, over and over again.

One day the hate will be gone and you can give the feeling a label “forgiveness” and guess what?

You are the winner.

Pot o' Gold

During the month of March, some of us celebrate St. Patrick's Day.  Now I don't have enough space here to go into the purpose of the celebration, but our good buddy Google can find you many facts if you desire them.

Speaking of facts, can anyone tell me what "luck" has to do with St. Patrick's Day?  Somewhere in my past, finding a pot o'gold was also part of this celebration.  I guess you'd have to be lucky to find a pot o'gold, right?  Not only would you have to be lucky, you would have to be very clever to out wit the leprechaun who is guarding it.  And to make things a bit trickier, you can only find it at the end of a rainbow.  I'm not sure, but I think the odds are against me.  We don't have rainbows in the desert in March, much less any rumors of sightings of leprechauns.  Those of you continuing this thought towards the idea that maybe there is a lack of "wit" here better watch it!  LOL!!!

While I was hunting down the information and links for this newsletter, I made a correlation to this celebration and browsing forums in Adland.  There are a lot of rainbows here!  Just pick any forum out and start reading it... go on... see?  The rainbows are made up of the colors of all of you interacting with each other!   Psst... careful, there just might be some leprechauns too.  :)   Hmmmm.... what about a pot  o'gold?

If you think about it for a moment, there are plenty of pots o'gold.  Every time a forum wins the Best Forum Award, they receive a bit of gold.  Where is the pot?  YOUR FORUMS!  Just create a forum with a worthy topic, build it over time meeting all the criteria of the BFA, nominate it and watch what happens when your friends in the community notice!    You'll get your pot o'gold AND build some really good relationships with some very nice leprechauns.  LOL!!

Get your pot o'gold!
